Email supportThat's right. Accounts are created from an invitation, or on the web. If a coach or league sent you a link, open that link first; it creates your account and connects you to your team. Then the app is where you sign in.
Coaches setting up a new team do it at cheatcodecoaching.app.
Ask your coach or league director to resend it. Coaches send parent invitations from their roster; directors send coach and admin invitations from their season dashboard. Check spam for a message under your coach's or director's name.
One account covers all of them. Each child's team sends its own invitation; open each link with the same account, then use My Teams to switch.
In the app, tap your avatar, then Manage Notifications, and choose what you hear about. Coaches choose what their team's parents are notified about under Manage Team Notifications.
To turn everything off, use your phone's Settings. Urgent announcements from a coach or league always come through.
Press and hold the message, then choose Report or Block. Reports come straight to us and to the coach. Blocked people can't message you, and you can unblock them any time from your avatar menu under Blocked People.
Tap your avatar, then Delete my account. It's immediate. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what is removed and what stays with a team.
Use Help › Report something from inside the app so we can see the page and device it happened on. If you can't sign in at all, email help@cheatcodecoaching.app.
Every message is read by coaches who have run the practice, chased the permission slip and sent the schedule change a day late. Tell us what's wrong; it gets fixed.
